Shipping Policy

• We offer free shipping on all apparel and home decor across India.
• After confirmation of order, products are dispatched within 3-4 business days. However, if there is a custom sizing/ personalization request, the dispatch could take up to 7 business days.
• As the products are dispatched, an email with the tracking information would be sent to the customer.
• We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners. Shipments can take up to 2-4 business days to be delivered to metro/tier 1 cities, and up to 7 business days to be delivered to tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
• In case expedited shipping is required, please send an email to hello@jiwya.com mentioning the Order ID. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
• Jiwya product pricing includes all taxes and fees. However, additional bank fees might be applicable, depending on the mode of payment/ type of card used.

International Shipping:

• We offer worldwide shipping at a flat shipping rate of INR 5400 (USD 60) for all apparel and INR 2700 (USD 30) accessories.
• We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, etc. Shipments can take up to 10-12 business days to be delivered, depending on the country the product is being shipped to.
• lnternational orders may be subject to taxes including sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. please contact your local customs for further information.
