The Naari Fabric Art in Wood is part of our “Women at Work” collection. It’s a vernacular generational wall art that features the famous Cheriyal hand-painting on Khadi. It depicts the casual scene of women gathering water from a local well with a new lens. A tribute to everyday labour of women, often unrecognised. Yet we see women embracing life in tune with the ecosystem! The geru background highlights human figures and does justice to the intricate strokes. This limited edition fabric wooden frame is a perfect addition to your home!
