The Shehtoot Knot Top is a retro fit with faux pockets, enlarged sleeves and a collar to complete the look. The top that pairs well with any trouser. It is handmade with handspun, handwoven khadi cotton. It is uses art form of Lahariya-generating wave patterns through tie-dye techniques. However, unlike the popular tie-dye patterns anybody can make, Lahariya artisans have techniques of tying that they learn through generational artwork. Natural plant dyes give the glorious red colour with white Lahariya and is nearly impossible to replicate. This is a singular piece in the collection.
