Shipping and Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer free shipping on all apparel and accessories across India.
- For certain heavier wall decor items, a flat shipping fee of INR 250 is applicable at checkout.
- After confirmation of order, products are dispatched within 3-4 business days. However, if there is a custom sizing/ personalization request, the dispatch could take up to 7 business days.
- As the products are dispatched, an email with the tracking information would be sent to the customer.
- We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners. Shipments can take up to 2-4 business days to be delivered to metro/tier 1 cities, and up to 7 business days to be delivered to tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
- In case expedited shipping is required, please send an email to hello@jiwya.com mentioning the Order ID. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
International Shipping:
- We offer worldwide shipping at a flat shipping rate of INR 2000 (USD 25) for all apparel and accessories.
- For certain heavier wall decor items, a flat shipping fee of INR 3700 (USD 45) is applicable at checkout.
- We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, etc. Shipments can take up to 8 - 15 business days to be delivered, depending on the country the product is being shipped to.
